What's better than investing
in real estate and shares?

Profit sharing.

Aloha,

I've recently returned from a relaxing holiday in Hawaii and whilst I was away, there was plenty of exciting things happening back home. I could hardly wait to get back.

Raymond Read's profit sharing arrangement with his Office supplies and stationery  business is really taking off. I share news about this great opportunity, where anyone can participate and generate an additional income stream.

If stationery and office supplies doesn't excite you, but you love the profit sharing concept, stay tuned. I have some exciting profit sharing projects in the pipeline. If you want to be the first to find out about these exciting new opportunities, send me an email and I will add you to my advance notification email list. As they say, the early bird catches the worm.

What a great surprise it also was to return from holiday to find out I was the top unique bidder for the Melbourne tramcar restaurant on the Online Bidz service. I share how I won the prize worth $140 for $1.37 plus $12 in bid fees.

My daughter has also won prizes on the Online Bidz site worth $355. Like father like daughter.

The Online Bidz site is certainly a great way to help a worthwhile cause whilst having a bit of fun.

Check out my special offer where you can have a flutter at no cost to yourself.

Most of you will be aware that I am also the creator of the best Australian English spell check dictionaries now used by over 100,000 Australians.

Since we now enter information on-line, I share how you can now have in-line spell checking with Internet Explorer, using the Australian English dictionary file I created and maintain.

Find out why I recommend everyone who is applying for a job, completing school assignments, or promoting their business, should use the prescriptive Australian English spell check dictionaries I produce. They are free and can help you and your business.

Profit sharing opportunity

I have a belief that profit sharing will fast become an opportunity like nothing people have seen before.

For me this is really exciting. Everyone involved is a winner and it shows the real power of what can happen when people start helping each other.

It all started because Raymond Read of Read's Cartridges and Office Supplies generously offered to split the profit on any sales I generated for him.

Now being the type of person I am, I thought, what if Raymond were to make this offer available to anyone.

So I worked on the idea with Raymond and with the assistance of Renee Barber of Rising Star Designs & Communication, put into place a generous profit sharing arrangement like nothing that I have ever seen before.

The result is really something that is making people say WOW.

I can't cover all the details, but in the design I ensured everyone is looked after.

For a yearly investment of $165 (covering advertising on JustLocal and a web page), people now have the opportunity to generate an ongoing passive income stream many times their investment. All that is required is to refer others to their web page. No selling is involved. No handling of products. Just referring people to their web page.

People participating in the profit sharing arrangement receive the following.

  • 50% of the profit on ALL sales for the first year for each customer they refer.

  • 25% of the profit on ALL sales for future years for the life of the customer.

  • Advertising on JustLocal

  • An independent representative's web page which is maintained for them.

All people need to do is to let their family, friends, contacts and contacts of contacts know to go to their page and request a quote, or place an order for stationery or office supplies and Raymond looks after the rest.

In addition the advertising on JustLocal will be helping to generate extra business for the representative and the representative is also helping to promote their local area with a link to their local JustLocal post code page.

Raymond is known for his excellent prices and service. I'm pretty certain he will soon also be known for his generosity.

I personally prefer to tread carefully. If you would like to get involved, but wonder if it will work for you, why not try buying your next office supplies or stationery from a Read's Office Supplies representative. Once you see how it works, you will be able to see how it can work for you.

Go to a Read's Office Supplies representative's page, by going to their post code page and clicking on the Read's Office Supplies logo.

Congratulations Raymond. Your team is growing quickly and everyone in business knows that to get so many people on board in a matter of weeks, means you are on a winner.

In particular Raymond wanted to congratulate Robert Dungen who looks like being the representative of the month.

Our third amazing secret

I have seen people charge $500 dollars for just one part of this secret.

Do you know it is possible to put your business on the Internet with a professional appearance for around $12 a year.

By professional I mean using a domain name and email address that relates to your business.

If you can create a word document you can even create your own web site with a single page to promote your business at no extra cost.

The JustLocal site contains lots of gems if you know where to look.

The OzEfilter site www.OzEfilter.com which includes the email address with the OzEfilter.com domain is a site which could have been set up for $12 a year.

Now if creating a web page doesn't take your fancy, try Rising Star Designs & Communications who will produce an excellent one page site to get your business on the Internet.

Help raise money for a good cause

A while ago I came up with the idea of using the Online Bidz service as a way to raise money by converting donated items into cash.

I see this as a great new way for charities to raise money and encourage others to check out the Online Bidz service.

Many businesses find it hard to donate cash, but donating goods or services is much easier. Converting the goods and services into money is done by using the Online Bidz site to auction off the items.

Online Bidz is not like auction sites like eBay. It is more like a raffle where the money is raised through a small bid fee when bid is placed. The bid you place usually limited to less than once percent of the retail price of the item and that is the amount you pay if you win.

My daughter for example has won the following items.

Pawphan Mongrel
Retail price: $24.95. Won for 48 cents. YES, just 48 cents. (Total bid fees $2.)

Marketing Communications Executives International membership.
Retail price: $330. Won for $4.48 (Total bid fees $8.)

To my surprise when I returned from holiday I found I had been bumped into the highest unique bidder for the Melbourne Tramcar Restaurant dinner for two. A prize I thought would be great to win.

There were only two more bids left and since I had two more bids available to me, I bid out the item.

Melbourne Tramcar restaurant dinner for two.
Retail price: $140. Won for $1.37 (Total bid fees $12.)

SPECIAL OFFER

Have some fun on me.

To the first ten people who email me I will shout them a $10 credit to bid on items on the Online Bidz site.

There are over 40 items and since it won't cost you a cent, why not give it a go.

In-line Australian English spell checking with Internet Explorer.

Don't let typo's and spelling errors have an effect on how others perceive your business, when it is so simple to now have an Australian English spell checker when you enter information on-line using Internet Explorer.

If you visit my dictionary page www.dictionary.JustLocal.com.au you can find out more information. In particular read the section for IE7Pro and request the MyAnswers solution which is free for JustLocal friends.

Until now only Firefox users have been able to use my excellent dictionaries with in-line spell checking. Now you can continue to use Internet Explorer 7 and have in-line spell checking as well.

The Australian English spell check dictionaries provide the best and most comprehensive spell checking resource for Australians.

The prescriptive spell check dictionaries are the only such dictionaries to exist in Australia. They are a great aid to those where English is a second language, and all our young Australians who struggle with the two ways to spell thousands of Australian words.

See why over 100,000 Australians now use the spell check dictionaries I produce and check out how they can assist you.

Do you know that many Australians incorrectly believe the spelling of words such as "organise" with a "z" is the American spelling?

These people can become very passionate about their beliefs, even though it is based on an incorrect assumption.

It would be very easy to simply say, "that is their problem".

If you are in a situation where you are applying for a job, completing a school assignment, or trying to get business, you can't predetermine the spelling preference of the person receiving your material and how that will affect how you are perceived. There a number of examples on the Internet where this has had an effect on people.

The generally preferred spelling of a word in Australia is never considered wrong. However many people consider the secondary spelling to be wrong.

The prescriptive version of the Australian English dictionary files limit spelling to the single preferred spelling of a word and that is a great aid when communicating with others.

I do not profess to be perfect in my spelling, grammar or typing, but using the prescriptive Australian English spell checking dictionary does lift the quality of my work and I hope it can help you as well.

Once again thank you for your time reading this edition of JustLocal News.

Live life with no regrets.
