“JustLocal is the only advertising service which starts with you."

In the last newsletter we showed you how to save hundreds of dollars.
In this newsletter we share how a JustLocal user saved thousands.

Hi,

The Grand final is over, the Royal Melbourne show is finished and Spring is in the air.

Did you get to go to the Royal Melbourne show?

I was amazed at just how much has changed given such a large area.

Doesn't it also feel good to have a bit of warmth back in the air?

With Spring many people start thinking about doing a bit of Spring cleaning. Getting rid of those items that are just taking up space.

In this edition of JustLocal news:

  • we talk Crap, or more specifically, about our FREE MyCrap approach where you can potentially make over a thousand dollars as we did, selling your excess items.

  • we also continue to share the savings we and others have made, that are also available to you as a JustLocal user.

Please feel free to pass this newsletter on to anyone you feel may benefit from learning about JustLocal. Old editions of JustLocal News can be found in the News section of JustLocal (www.JustLocal.com.au).

Thanks everyone for your feedback and support. Your feedback is appreciated and we are already making changes based on your feedback.

Thanks also to JustLocal advertisers, for helping to spread the word about JustLocal, and for looking for opportunities to use the services of other JustLocal advertisers.

It is a real pleasure to deal with such an excellent group of business people.

Savings

Computer equipment

We had one client check out Shoptopia for a 17" LCD monitor.

The saving was around $200.

Personal development

We were invited to attend this free weekend seminar series. It was the best seminar we have attended in decades.

We met some great people and cleared out some of the baggage that was holding us back. Saving on seminar around $800.

Computer equipment

We spotted some refurbished notebooks we felt would interest a client. The saving was over $3,000.

Food, glorious food

Our favourite restaurant is PJ's Tacobill in Lower Templestowe. A great place to eat. Check out their half price meals if seated before 7:30pm on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

Thanks PJ for the excellent service on my recent birthday. Usual saving around $40.

Clothing

One thing I prefer to put off is buying clothes. Paul made buying a new suit almost enjoyable.

Excellent prices, saving over $100 on a new suit when compared with recent stocktake sales, plus another $40 of value with his free alteration service.

Health drink and business opportunity

Is it a health drink? Is it a business opportunity? Actually it is both.

For me this drink has reduced discomfort in my knees. The difference was noticeable in around four days taking just 30ml a day.

To make sure it wasn't a placebo effect, I stopped drinking MonaVie and tried tablets plus a well advertised vegetable drink. The discomfort returned. I again tried MonaVie and again the discomfort was reduced in days.

We would suggest trying a bottle. If it works for you too, you may wish to consider the business opportunity available with MonaVie.

In the spotlight

DeCrap your home for FREE

Crap. Yes we all have it. That stuff that sits in our cupboards, garage and any other place it can hide. Taking up space, possibly for years.

A few years ago we used an unusual approach and let everyone we know, know of our excess items. It was, and still is the best result we have achieved in selling, trading, or giving away our excess items.

To help you DeCrap your home we are sharing our approach with you for FREE.

  • No listing fees, no final value fees. No cost what-so-ever.

  • No sitting around all day waiting for people to come to your garage sale. No extensive preparation for that one day sale.

  • A new and novel way to let others know about your excess items, and it will cost you nothing.

We have put together easy to use software called MyCrap, to help you get your list of Crap together. We have also produced some instructions showing you how to use the Internet to advertise your Crap at no cost.

MyCrap is available from the JustLocal website www.JustLocal.com.au.

The only restriction is we ask that you don't use MyCrap for commercial use. Contact us if you would like to use MyCrap, or a similar approach for commercial use.

New Post Code Areas

Keep watching. In the near future JustLocal will cover a very large slice of the North Eastern suburbs of Melbourne. (This is as a result of your feedback.)

If you know of any business owner in this region who:

  • wants to build a stronger local business community

  • wants to support and trade with other local businesses

  • offers great service to their customers

let them know about JustLocal. We would love to hear from them.

Again thanks everyone for your feedback and support.
