I just did a search in Internet Explorer 7 for using www.Google.com.au and Google shows 15,200,000 results. If I do the same search in Firefox 2.0.0.14 using www.Google.com.au Google shows 892,000 results. How come the massive difference?

By default the Firefox address area and Google search engine return results as though you are outside of Australia. For example if you enter www.google.com you see the option to select pages from Australia.
