What is Virtual Profit Sharing?

Virtual Profit Sharing is an amazing opportunity enabling you to make some extra money at no cost to you.

Over the years we have found small a group of amazing of business people who are exceptionally generous. These business people are prepared to reward you with a generous portion of the profit for any client you introduce to them. Not just once, but for the life of the relationship with the person you introduce.

How much are these generous business people prepared to share?

Now when we say generous, we think you'll be blown away with the generosity, as we've not seen anything as generous before. The amount offered by Virtual Profit Sharing partners will vary depending on what the partner is happy to share as a thank you, but the amount we believe will always be quite generous.

To show how Virtual Profit Sharing works let's use the example of JustLocal.

The price to lease an advertising lot on JustLocal a postcode page for a twelve month period, is currently $165 a year including GST. As a Virtual Profit Sharing partner JustLocal is happy to share 12% in the first year, and for future years, will share 6% a year for the life of the customer relationship. The percentage shared excludes GST. That means you would receive $18 in the first year and $9 for every year the business continues to advertise in the future. The more businesses you refer to JustLocal the more money you can receive.

I think you'll agree that is quite generous and it is is just one of the great opportunities Virtual Profit Sharing provides members.

The philosophy behind VPS is if the VPS partner profits, then so does the VPS member. To us if you refer a customer and the business continues to benefit in the future, we think it is only fair that you benefit too.

How much does it cost to become a Virtual Profit Sharing member?

It doesn't cost a cent to become a Virtual Profit Sharing member.

Yes, that's right. Not a cent.

If you have the ability to listen and enjoy helping others by referring them to businesses which can help them, you can become a Virtual Profit Sharing member and be rewarded.

How is Virtual Profit Sharing funded?

We want people to be able to participate in Virtual Profit Sharing with no cost or financial risk to themselves. To do this partners contribute to the running of the Virtual Profit Sharing service based on the referrals they receive.

Are there any conditions?

Yes. They are however quite straight forward.

• You receive profit share only on purchases by others you refer.
• Payments from partners are to be treated as confidential.
• Your participation is as a hobby.
• All payments are paid to you personally and not to a business
• There is no legally binding agreement between you, partners, or the JustLocal service. All payments are at the discretion of the VPS partner.
• Virtual Profit Sharing partners run separate businesses and referrals to one partner are not related to referrals to another partner.
• We ask you are upfront with others when you refer. Let them know you'll receive a small thank you payment if they purchase. This won't affect their price, or their desire to purchase, but we feel being open with people we know is the right thing to do.
• Whilst anyone is welcome to become a VPS member, those who don't end up referring, or are receiving thank you payments averaging less than $10 a month (over a six month period) will have their membership reviewed. Not being active doesn't help anyone and consumes valuable time and resources.
• We reserve the right to decide who can be and remain a VPS member.
• VPS members need to have a bank account in their name to receive money.
• The minimum profit share payment from a partner is $5 for the month. Smaller amounts may be paid at the discretion of the VPS partner.
• Profit share is paid after one month and two weeks after the end of the month, once all money is clear. Should a refund be required to a customer for whatever reason, a refund of the profit share will be required.

The above is a general overview of the conditions of Virtual Profit Sharing. We reserve the right to amend conditions as we find unexpected events occurring.

What businesses can I refer people to?

The following are Virtual Profit Sharing partners who are currently live. New partners will be added as we find partners who have the generous mindset required by Virtual Profit Sharing.

In order for members to receive credit for a referral, each member will be provided with a unique code and links they can provide to others. The links can be used in emails, or web sites. However we do ask that you do not represent yourself in some way which may mislead people.

NOTES:

You must be a VPS member to refer. Any referrals from non VPS members are not valid.

A web site address will be provided to VPS members which they can pass on to others.

If you are thinking of becoming a VPS member, it is a good idea to become a member before you start purchasing from VPS partners. Once your purchases are assigned to another VPS member they cannot be reassigned.
