still completely your option. You can opt for additional advertising and

the real estate group and a real estate agent most appropriate to your
location will contact you to give you an obligation free market
appraisal. If a suitable agent isn't available, you will be contacted to let you know.
The
real estate agent will also provide for free, a report on recent property
sales in your area to help you ascertain a realistic value of your home.

agent in your area within Australia, there will be areas where a suitable

The following site provides a good indication as to the interest people

Interestingly we have noticed the interest in banking and real estate sites closely follow similar trends.
By looking at the following graph you can see
where the market is in the cycle for the current year by checking out
the interest in a real estate advertising and a bank site.
This should only
be used out of interest. Your real estate agent is your best source of
good advice.

Check out properties currently for sale in your area
When we were selling our property we found it was good to be realistic
as to the value of our home by checking out what other properties in
the area were selling for. It is great to be both optimistic and
realistic.
Visit www.realestate.com.au and enter the post code for your
area and the type of property you are selling.
Google maps
Check
out your area. Some of the features in your area add value to your
home. You may wish to mentioned a few to your real estate agent. Google maps is a good way to get a birds eye view of your area.
Important disclosure information

real estate legislation that if a third party is to receive a
commission they also need to be listed on the contract, and thus Online
