Interestingly we have noticed the interest in banking and real estate sites closely follow similar trends.

Check out properties currently for sale in your area

When we were selling our property we found it was good to be realistic as to the value of our home by checking out what other properties in the area were selling for. It is great to be both optimistic and realistic.

Visit www.realestate.com.au and enter the post code for your area and the type of property you are selling.

Google maps

Check out your area. Some of the features in your area add value to your home. You may wish to mentioned a few to your real estate agent. Google maps is a good way to get a birds eye view of your area.
