As a computer support person with 30 years of experience, I've helped many people and businesses with their computer problems.

The following is the type of support I can provide to you or your business.

For those people who don't know who I am, the following is some of my recent work.

Areas

Whilst I am happy to travel to locations as required by the client, my desire is to encourage local businesses and residents to use the services of a local business. For this reason any client in the Templestowe area or the adjoining postcodes (Templestowe Lower, Doncaster, Doncaster East, Lower Plenty, Montmorency and Eltham) does not need to pay a call out fee or travelling time. You only pay for the time required to solve your problem.

For businesses outside of the above areas travelling time will apply. There is still no call out fee or minimum time.

I offer both onsite and remote/telephone support in increments of one tenth of an hour. This enables me to solve people's problems at a fair and reasonable price.

RATES

• Home users, micro and small businesses  - $13.20 per six minutes ($132 per hour including GST)
• Larger business, businesses with servers using server software, Government, Corporate and Professional service organisations price on application.
• Any out-of-pocket costs incurred will be discussed in advance and also passed on at cost. Telephone support also available.
• Any hardware and software purchases required will be charged at retail prices.

Please note. Whilst time is charged in intervals of 6 minutes (one tenth of an hour) please decide in advance in your own mind how much you feel the job is worth. If it is going to cost more than you expect or want to pay, then you should think about that in advance.
