This little card could save your life.

What would you do if you were out with your best friend having dinner, at a show, or just shopping and your friend collapses?

Well, of course you'd call an ambulance and go to the hospital with them!

Whilst there, the first questions you will be asked are:

What medications does your friend take?
What blood group does your friend have?
Does your friend have any allergies?
Who is your friend's doctor?

If the answer to any (or all) of these questions is: 'I don't know!', your friend's health could be in serious danger.

A few weeks ago one of my friends (who is being treated for cancer) was in this very same situation and the hospital waited until they found answers to all of those questions.

This process took quite a long time. Unfortunately, time is often not on your side in an emergency.

If you happen to be unconscious, or if a family member cannot be contacted readily, a Medi-Card in your possession with all of your information is the next best thing.

What happens next

When you forward your details you will go to the PayPal service where you can pay by credit card or PayPal for your Medi-Card. When we receive your details and the payment advice we will create your Medi-Card and send it to you.

All medical information received will be destroyed 14 days after the receiving the information. Only the information you provide by completing the above form will be entered on the card. Information provided by other means is not accepted.

Privacy
