The exercises above are split into two groups. The first group provides a single
energy result whilst the second group provides a range. The exercise activity
is shown in increasing energy use. This means if an exercise isn't listed you
can more easily estimate the energy use by selecting a similar exercise. An exception
is where two exercises (such as massage) are listed together for convenience.
