King Arthur & Britannia
by Neil L Thomas

    King Arthur & Britannia
King Arthur & Britannia answers the most intriguing question concerning early Welsh tales. Included in the Mabinogion is The Dream of Rhonabwy, thought by some to be an entertaining, colourful Medieval tale. Now no longer seen as simply colourful prose, the tale and its symbolism and the allegorical tenets, are now understood and explained.

Fought in AD 495, the Battle of Bath was King Arthur’s twelfth victory over Britain’s enemies. The Dream is perceived as an account of that Battle and the Saxons' defeat. Five Legions who fought the Saxon invaders are identified by their topographical, mineral and agricultural wealth.
